Family Department Personnel

Anthony Vingoe


 Anthony Vingoe is the Managing Partner of the firm and head of the Family Law Department. He has specialised in this area of work for over 20 years. He qualified as a Legal Executive in 1995 before going on to qualify as a Solicitor. Anthony is one of only a small number of Solicitors in the County to be both an accredited Family Law Specialist with Resolution and also a Member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel. Anthony is also a trained Collaborative Family Lawyer and deals with all aspects of Family Law. Anthony has a particular interest in the financial implications of divorce and separation. He is based at the firm’s Hayle office although he also acts for and sees clients at the Helston office.
Lindsey Jackson
 Lindsey Jackson is a Solicitor in the firm who has specialized in Family Law matters since about 1995. Lindsey is a Member of the Law Society Advanced Family Law Panel and also the Children Panel. She is also an accredited Family Law Specialist with Resolution and has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law. Lindsey has a reputation of being able to conduct cases in a conciliatory manner where it is possible for them to be resolved by agreement although she is also known to be a very determined individual where Court proceedings are unavoidable. Lindsey is based at the Helston Office.
Jo Haycock
 Jo Haycock is a trainee Legal Executive having passed her examinations in the areas of Family Law and Practice. Jo is a local lady having lived in the Helston area all her life and has worked at the office since 2003. She is based at the Helston office working within the Family Law Department.  
Sue Reynolds

Sue Reynolds is a trainee Solicitor within the firm. She is currently working within the firm’s Family Law Department and has a particular interest in all aspects of this area of Law. Sue will qualify during the summer of 2012 and it is intended that she then remains working within the firm’s specialist Family Law Department and is based at the Helston office.

 



 

Property Department Personnel

John Lloyd

John Lloyd is a practicing consultant within the firm and was the Senior Partner of J R Lloyd & Co at Hayle for many years before Anthony and John merged their respective practices. He is based at the firm’s Helston office dealing with property transactions although he still spends time at the Hayle office when required. John is the head of the firm’s Property Department and has extensive experience in this area of work having specialised in it for over 30 years. He deals with all aspects of property work including the sale and purchase of properties and small to medium size businesses

  
Janet Frost

Janet Frost is also based at the Hayle Office and is a qualified Licenced Conveyancer. She has concentrated on residential conveyancing transactions for approximately 10 years. Janet has a proven track record and reputation for providing an efficient and reliable service to her clients and communicates with both agents and clients on a regular basis.

  
Tina Chessun

Tina Chessun has assisted John Lloyd at the Helston Office for approximately 14 years. She is studying the Licenced Conveyancing course and has been very well nurtured by her mentor and is very quickly establishing the same reputation for efficiency and reliability as John LLoyd.

 

 

Private Client Department Personnel

Kimberley Bartle

Kimberley Bartle is based at the Hayle Office. Shhe is a qualified Solicitor and a Partner in the firm. Kimberley deals with all aspects of this area of work but has a particular interest in providing advice on how to obtain both financial and practical assistance for the elderly. Kimberley is a member of the Law Society Panel in relation to Advice for the Elderly.

 
Leah Harper
 Leah Harper undertook her Law Degree at Plymouth and then her Solicitors’ examinations at Bristol University . She started her legal career at a large commercial firm in Exeter and has three years experience in Wills and Probate work. Leah returned to Cornwall last year and now works with Kimberley Bartle undertaking all aspects of Private Client work at the Hayle office. She has a particular interest in Tax and Probate and advising elderly clients.  
Teresa Blenard
 Teresa Blenard was born in St Austell and has recently returned to Cornwall after several years working for a firm of Solicitors in Canterbury . Teresa is a qualified Legal Executive with 10 years experience in the field of Private Client work. She enjoys seeing clients in their own environment, whether a care home or their own property and advising them or their families on all aspects of estate planning and helping people look after their affairs. Teresa is based at the Helston office.
